Shipping policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.  In Through The Skin works with all major carriers to find the best shipping rates available depending on the size of your order and the order destination.  If you choose not to utilize free shipping, alternative shipping charges are included on the order page and will be displayed and added to your order before you make payment and confirm your order.   

Orders are shipped daily on normal business hours which consist of Monday through Friday.  All orders received before 12 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship same day.  All other orders received during normal business hours will ship within 24 hours.  

Note:  We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  

Delayed Deliveries

If delivery of your item is delayed, you can email us at inthroughtheskin@gmail.com and we will contact you within 24 hours.  

 

Payment

The total amount of your order must be paid upon ordering.  We accept payment with:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  Orders will be available by phone on a per case basis.  Please email us at inthroughtheskin@gmail.com and provide us with your phone number and we will contact you within 24 hours to complete a phone order.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any associated delay or non-delivery.

Order

Please take the time to read and check your order at each step of the order process.  

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation setting out details of your item(s).  Please check your junk mail folder if you don't hear from us right after placing the order.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may experience if you provide incorrect information during the order process and this leads to the wrong items being delivered or your item(s) being sent to the wrong address.
